By popular demand, The Spotify Tour by Gruppo Sportivo will be continued in 2023. Once again, the most frequently streamed songs will determine the content of the setlist. Dutch pop classics such as Hey Girl, Beep Beep Love, Tokyo, P.S. 78, Rock 'n Roll and Disco Really Made It are of course included.

Since the acclaimed album Great ("Gruppo's best since Back to '78" according to music magazine OOR) and the tour of the same name in 2018/2019, the band, originally from The Hague, is experiencing its umpteenth youth.

The line-up of the band consists of the characteristic frontman Hans Vandenburg (vocals/guitar) and the other original members Peter Calicher (keyboards) and Max Mollinger (drums). The eye-catchers Lies Schilp & Inge Bonthond (both vocals) are also present again as the Bombitas. Tim Barning (bass) can now be called a fixed value. Wouter Kiers (saxophone) makes an appearance this time as 'special guest'.
